Guys, I’m sharing one of my favorite breakfast meals… my warm and yummy Blackberry Coconut Oats!



This quick and easy Breakfast is delicious, nutritious, and so good for you!


All it takes is about 5 minutes so there’s no excuse to have a healthy breakfast right?


Ok so the ingredients you’ll need are:


  • ¼ cup oatmeal

  • ½ cup almond milk

  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt

  • 2 Tbsp chia seeds

  • ½ cup blackberries

  • 1 tsp honey

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

  • 1 Tbsp shredded coconut

Ok, so now, just stir up all of the ingredients, EXCEPT the coconut and the blackberries- wait until the end.


Once the ingredients are mixed, - Microwave for 2 minutes.


Top the oats with the shredded coconut and the fresh blackberries!


Enjoy!


This all took no time and now you'll have a delicious, filling meal!


IDEA- OVERNIGHT OATS!


Take the same ingredients and mix them ALL in a container. Place in refrigerator overnight and enjoy Cold in the morning! YUM!
