1. Turn up the volume! Get those tunes rolling and move to the beat! You don't have to be a hiphop dance star, just move! Get those muscles warmed up and stretch those limbs! You can do it in heels too! Moving your body to music lifts your spirit and releases endorphins to bring that happy energy!
2. Smile! Smile big! Smile until your cheeks hurt. This of Happy Thoughts, Funny Thoughts, Things that make you smile and KEEP you Smiling! Whatever that may be.... your kids, your dreams, your memories, your job, your life.... keep smiling!
3. Focus on HAPPY! keep the focus on the very things that make you feel joy! Stay in that energy and keep attracting more.
