Day 3 - Beet, Lemon & Carrot Juice Shot

It’s been two days so far and drinking these juice shots feels great.

There’s something amazing about drinking healthy juice that gets other areas inspired. I feel my muscles asking for an extra walk, or my mind saying no to an extra treat!

This is great news!

My digestion is certainly showing an improvement and I'm feeling overall great!

Juicing works! Period. If you're juicing to detox, Great! it'll work! If you're juicing to lose a few pounds? Great! It'll work for you too!

And if you're juicing to kick start a healthier day... then I commend you for taking that big step!

Even if you're only having a juice shot and don't change your other daily foods to begin with, this is great, because as I mentioned earlier, you will be inspired to make more changes. And before you know it, you'll see changes you wanted to see happen to your over health!

I'm proud of You! I'm proud of Me! Let's keep going!
