Day 31- Make a list of Good Things
Today is a day to focus on the good. There is so much more good happening around you than you know.
Most of the time, It is easier to think of what is missing, what’s not there and how it makes us feel, but friends, that is unwanted emotional pain and discomfort that we do not need to focus on. You see, what you give attention to, will grow... even it is negative thoughts....
In order to live a happy life, positivity plays a big key. Making a list of all the good things helps us recognize and become aware of all the good we have in our lives.
Grab a sheet of paper and write the numbers 1-25. Now think of a good, happy place, a happy thought, something good happening in your life right now... now write out 25 things that bring you joy, make you smile and feel good.
This is your FEEL GOOD list, of good things. Keep this list close by and read it as often as possible. This will keep you in that positive place that will inspire and grow and bring more positive people, places, and things to you!
Add to your list, don’t be shy... keep that list growing...
Today and everyday is a perfect day to focus on the Good Things.
